First day of summer … best day of endurance mountain bike racing in the Southeast…The 2008 Cowbell Challenge will be held Saturday, June 21, 2008, 10 am to 10 pm. Celebrate Summer Solstice where the weather is hot and the competition is hotter. And it’s all to benefit the Cowbell Challenge Charities: Davidson Parks & Recreation Youth Program Scholarship Fund, Hospice of Lake Norman, IMBA, Tarheel Trailblazers, and the Dirt Divas.
